Our new yearlong theme is "Where in the world do you live?"

We are focused on "exploring and observing habitats"

I integrate all curriculum areas into the yearlong theme. Our "thematic units" (known as topics) fit into the components that organize the theme "Where in the world do you live?". Each component is approximately 6 weeks. Being There" Experiences include field trips, guest speakers, & other experiences to develop students' concepts.
